Mr. Padgett is in his ninth year of teaching and is teaching Algebra I, Precalculus, and AP Statistics this year. Mr. Padgett works to establish a rigorous and challenging atmosphere where students learn to be independent, to take risks, and to think critically. He earned his Bachelor of Science in mathematics and his Master of Arts in Teaching from the University of Louisville. Prior to joining the faculty at NOHS, Mr. Padgett worked in risk management for Bank of America Mortgage.

In two years, 86% of the students in his AP Statistics classes have earned passing marks with a mean score of 3.60 out of 5.
