Courses with insufficient numbers would include classes smaller than 16.  The school must have the necessary full-time equivalent (FTE) allocations to offer classes with less than 16 students.

The principal may make the decision to offer a class of less than 16 students.

Every effort will be made to ensure that teachers are assigned to teach courses they have a great interest in teaching.  Teachers will be surveyed to determine a priority list of courses they want to teach as well as those courses they do not want to teach.
